1. Automatic download

Most links on this website will take you to an order page maintained
by a company called "Kagi." They will take your payment information
and then email you a web address (url) where you will be able to
download the ebook you have purchased. Be sure you download
the book rather than just viewing it - the link will work for only a
limited time.

Note: These ebooks have been compressed to reduce download
time; you will need to use the "zip" utility on your computer to
uncompress them.

Automatic Download Troubleshooting:
- The email with the download link has "Thanks for your purchase"
in the subject line. Scroll about halfway through the whole letter.
The link is in the paragraph right after "Dear Purchaser."
- Some email systems disable links in emails. If the link you
receive is not "clickable," see if you can change your email
preferences to enable links.
- Another option if the link you receive is not clickable - use the
"copy" and "paste" functions in the edit menu to enter the link into
your browser.
- Because of "word wrap" the link may arrive in two pieces.
Be sure you get both halves when you copy and paste.
- Do not copy the < > marks in the link you receive.

2. Email Delivery

The links on the "More Options" page will take you to an order page
maintained by Paypal. They will take your payment information and
then email me your email address, and I will email the book to you.
Because these books are delivered "by hand," there may be some
delay. Please note: The delay will be more than 24 hours until 9/20/07.

If you have waited more than 24 hours, and there is no message here
indicating a longer than usual wait, please check with your Internet
Service provider to make sure they did not discard the email or
strip the attachment in an effort to protect you from spam, etc.
